I believe that every choice matters — for the body, for the mind, and for the planet. Tag&Get was created with the intention of inspiring women to take care of themselves with attitude, movement, and awareness, at every stage of life.

My name is Sofia Brás Gonçalves. I am a nurse specialized in Community Nursing and Public Health, with many years of experience promoting health and well-being. Throughout my career, I have learned that it is the small daily decisions that truly transform lives, and that age is not a limitation, but an opportunity to live with vitality, independence, and confidence.

Caring for ourselves is essential, but caring for the world around us is equally important — including the environment that sustains us. That is why every Tag&Get piece is created responsibly, using organic cotton and an on-demand printing model to prevent textile waste. As a nurse, I also know that a sick planet cannot sustain healthy people. Living in Setúbal, with the privilege of having the sea as my neighbor, confronts me daily with the urgency of protecting our oceans. The beauty of Arrábida and the Sado constantly reminds me of what is at stake.

That is why Tag&Get, in partnership with CleanHub, is committed to ensuring that every product purchased rescues 500g of plastic (1lb) that would otherwise end up in the oceans, transforming it into clean energy.
