We offer a flat shipping rate of €4.99 within Portugal and €5.99 within the EU (regardless of the number of items you purchase). We also offer free shipping on orders over €50 (PT) and €70 (EU). We want your shopping experience to feel light and inspiring, just like our messages

This special process may take a little longer — typically between 7 and 8 business days — but we believe it's worth the wait. After all, you're not just receiving a piece of clothing, but a message of inspiration that will accompany you throughout your days.

Orders go into production immediately after payment, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

According to European and Portuguese law, you always have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it , without needing to provide any reason.

Return conditions:

• The item must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, or damage.
  It must be in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging that adequately protects it.
  
• Once we receive and confirm the item's status, we process the refund quickly and securely.

For each product, you'll find a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring a t-shirt or sweatshirt you already own and comparing the measurements.

Our organic collections include products with at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or a combination of both, all certified (GOTS, OCS, GRS or RCS).
Our items are shipped in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic packaging, ensuring product protection with a lower environmental impact. And because we know there is still a long way to go, Tag&Get actively contributes to removing plastic from the planet (each purchase removes 500g of plastic), helping to offset and reduce this impact with each order.
Although most of our items are made with organic cotton, there will be some items that are not 100% organic (designated as eco-friendly), but even these products are sustainable because they are all produced on demand, avoiding waste and excess stock — thus continuing our mission to reduce environmental impact.

Currently, our collections follow pre-defined inspirational phrases, but we are open to suggestions for future editions.

If your garment has any manufacturing defects or does not match your order, you can return it at no additional cost. Our commitment is simple: we guarantee replacement or refund.

Contact us with a photo of the problem within 7 days of receiving the item, and we guarantee a solution.

After receiving the returned item, we resolve the situation within a maximum of 30 days , so you are never left without an answer or solution.

Each order is prepared and shipped with the utmost care, but unforeseen events can happen:

Incorrect or incomplete address : If the address provided is incorrect or deemed insufficient by the carrier, the order will be returned to the sender. In these cases, you can request a new shipment after updating the address, with the reshipping costs being the customer's responsibility.

Unclaimed order : If the carrier is unable to deliver and the order is not claimed within the established timeframe, it will be returned. Reshipment can be requested, with any additional costs being the customer's responsibility.

Order not received (lost in transit) : If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date , you must contact us to open a resolution request. Whenever a shipping error or failure is confirmed, the costs are covered by us.
As soon as an order is returned, you will receive an email notification. If it is not claimed or rescheduled within 30 days , it may be donated, with no refund possible.
