How much will I pay for shipping the products?
We have a flat shipping rate of €4.99 for Portugal and €5.99 for the EU (regardless of the number of items you buy), and we offer free shipping on orders over €50 (PT) and €70 (EU). We want your shopping experience to be light and inspiring, just like our messages.
How can I track my order after purchase?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery in real time.
How long does delivery take?
Typically, the total lead time (production + shipping) can range from 6 to 7 business days. This time may vary depending on the destination and order volume.

Orders go into production immediately after payment, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days, provided the item is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use. As each piece is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color — but you can return it and request a refund or opt for a store credit. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or refund the amount. For any returns, simply contact us by email.
How do I know what my size is?
Each product includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie you already own and comparing the measurements.
Are the products sustainable?
Yes. At Tag&Get, each item is produced only after the order is placed, avoiding waste and overproduction. The printing technology used is more sustainable, with Oeko-Tex™ inks, which are vegan and water-based. All items are made from certified organic cotton , respecting the environment and people. Orders are shipped in post-consumer recycled packaging. Each t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie is created consciously — to care for ourselves and the planet.
Can I customize a phrase or request something different?
Currently, our collections follow pre-defined inspirational phrases, but we are open to suggestions for future editions.
