I am Sofia Brás Gonçalves, a nurse specializing in Community Nursing and Public Health, with 30 years of experience promoting health and well-being. Throughout my career, I have learned that it is the small daily decisions that transform lives, and that age is not a limit, but an opportunity to live with vitality, independence, and confidence.
