Strength and Overcoming Organic Cotton Collection

Each piece is, as a rule, made after we receive your order. This way, we reduce unnecessary stock and avoid making pieces that may never be worn — a more conscious choice in how we use materials and resources. Making less makes more sense for the planet and for the people involved in the process.

And one important thing: being made to order does not mean your piece is personalised, nor does it reduce your rights as a consumer.

Once the order and payment are confirmed, your piece goes into production. Production time is normally 2 to 5 business days. After that, the order is handed to the carrier. As an estimate, it will reach you in 9 to 10 business days.

Once the order has been produced and dispatched, use the tracking information provided to follow the shipment.

If you notice an unusual delay or the order does not arrive within the expected period, contact us at info@tag-and-get.com so we can check the situation with the carrier and the production partner.

Check the size guide available on the product page before completing your order. We recommend comparing the measurements given with a T-shirt of yours whose size and cut you like.

It is worth checking before buying because, as pieces are made individually after the order, we do not offer direct exchanges for a different size or colour.

Yes. For an online purchase, as a consumer, you generally have 14 days after receiving the item to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason. You can do this through the return/withdrawal function available in the store (in the footer) or by emailing info@tag-and-get.com. You will then receive instructions on how to make the return.

For a return under the right of withdrawal — for example, because you changed your mind — the direct costs of the return are borne by you. If the return results from a defective, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly shipped item, the return costs are not borne by the customer.

We do not offer direct exchanges of size or colour, as each item is made individually after the order.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, you can return the item within the stated period and then place a new order in the size or colour you want. In this case, return costs are borne by the customer.

Contact us as soon as possible at info@tag-and-get.com, stating your order number and describing the problem. We may ask for photos so we can look into the situation more quickly.

Tag&Get products benefit from statutory conformity rights. Where there is a lack of conformity, the remedies provided by law apply and, if the item needs to be returned, you will not bear the related costs.

If you spot a mistake or want to cancel the order, contact us immediately.

As production can start shortly after the order is confirmed, whether the process can be stopped or changed depends on the stage your order has reached. This does not limit the right of withdrawal or any other rights legally recognised to the consumer.

And if the problem is specifically a wrong address, you should also contact Tag&Get immediately. We will try to change it while it is still operationally possible.

If the order does not arrive within the expected period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and the production partner.

We recommend doing so as soon as you notice an unusual delay and, whenever possible, within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the order is confirmed as lost, an appropriate solution will be offered at no additional cost to you.

The available methods are shown on the product page and at checkout and may include credit card, MB WAY, Multibanco, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payments are processed through specialised providers and Tag&Get does not store the full details of the bank cards used for payment.
